"I was looking for a house to buy with a guesthouse for my mother. I'm a great internet aficionado so I began my search there. I did a search, typed in my specifications and ended up at Suzanne's website. Suzanne promptly answered my inquiries and immediately started finding me properties that fit my budget and needs. I was able to quickly go through the listings of properties she sent via email and look further at the interesting ones during my lunch break. Then, after I had come up with a good list of candidates, we took a day to look at them all. I truly appreciated her knowledge of the areas I was looking in. "I have worked with Suzanne as both a buyer and seller. It has been a real pleasure to have Suzanne as my agent in both cases. She is extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods in the area and has a keen eye for what constitutes value in a home. After a short time as my agent, she knew exactly the kind of home that I was looking for, which allowed her to weed out those properties that were a waste of time for me. She was very patient and supportive of me during my nine months of searching for a house to buy. Her intuition for the trend of the real estate market was right on the money, as they say. She predicted that the sale price would probably go higher than the asking price, and it sure did! After four days on the market I had received six offers, and the highest offer was far more than I had hoped to achieve. With Suzanne's help I was able to sell my house at a handsome profit, with a minimum of hassle. Again her negotiation skills demonstrated that she is a true real estate professional. I highly recommend Suzanne to anyone who is buying or selling a home."
